Job summary

Legends Global in San Diego is seeking a Premium Seating Sales Executive to lead sponsorship recruitment, sales, and fulfillment for venues. You will work with the General Manager and Marketing & PR Manager to craft custom sponsorship packages and drive sponsor and member engagement.

Responsibilities include contacting prospects, developing proposals in PowerPoint/Canva, coordinating signage and VIP experiences, drafting contracts, and managing ticket banks for VIP guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint/Canva, and Google Cloud skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to draft proposals and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and fulfillment of venue sponsors and members.
• Create sponsorship packages and attract new sponsors and members.
• Coordinate sponsor/member fulfillment including signage, hospitality, activations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals using PowerPoint or Canva.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective clients.
• Draft sales contracts and organize in Excel.
• Lead premium sales operations for non-team events.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings as necessary.
• Recruit and engage VIP experiences and ticket fulfillment.
