Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Experience Event Representative at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. You will monitor events, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment while adhering to stadium policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of in-person customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors and non-traditional hours. This role requires teamwork across departments during events and a proactive, calm approach to guest concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and resolve issues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned stadium area and respond to guest issues and complaints.
• Greet guests, guide them, answer questions, and assist with mobile ticketing.
• Maintain public safety awareness and follow stadium policies.
• Document challenges and communicate issues to management.
• Assist with event setup and emergency procedures as needed.
• Manage lost & found items and assist with recovery.
• Other duties may be assigned during events.
