Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experiences for our premium clients and events. You will coordinate parking, hospitality, tickets, and other services, maintaining clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of related experience (event production, PREMIUM SERVICES, hospitality, ticketing, customer service).

Responsibilities

Answer calls and emails about events and orders in a friendly manner.
Coordinate PREMIUM SERVICE for high-value clients (parking, food & beverage, tickets).
Inform clients about upcoming events and deadlines; assist with ticket requests for suites and club seats.
Prepare detailed client itineraries for PREMIUM SERVICES and ensure proper execution.
Gather data and provide reports as defined by Premium Services Manager.
Collaborate with in-house and external teams to fulfill requests.
