Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to our Premium Services clients, coordinating parking, food & beverage, tickets and related amenities to create memorable experiences.

You will work with concierges, security and ushers, respond to inquiries by phone or email, prepare detailed itineraries, gather data for reports, and ensure courteous, proactive communication in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience (event production, PREMIUM SERVICES, hospitality, ticketing, customer service).
• Must be positive, patient, and able to work with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails about events, orders, and deadlines in a friendly manner.
• Coordinate PREMIUM SERVICES for high‑value clients (parking, F&B, tickets, etc.).
• Inform clients about upcoming events and important dates.
• Assist with ticket requests for Suites and Club seats.
• Prepare and execute detailed client itineraries for events.
• Gather data and provide reports for Premium Services Manager.
