Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an energetic Premium Seat Sales Assistant to support the Director of Premium Sales and Service across venues. You will prepare contracts, manage accounts receivable, maintain client relations, and coordinate with Box Office, Finance, and Marketing.

The role requires strong communication, high energy, superb customer service, multitasking, and creativity. Experience in hospitality or events is a plus; proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint is helpful.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and high energy are essential.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality experience is a plus; social media savviness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Premium Sales and Service in generating sales and administering Premium Experiences programs.
• Prepare, issue, and verify return of Premium Seat contracts.
• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Box Office, Finance, Marketing and VIP Club staff for event days.
• Prospect for new clients using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Maintain client email database and send regular updates via Marketing Cloud.
