The Kraft Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Premium Seating to drive new season seats and group sales to the business community in Foxborough, MA. You will maintain client contact via phone, appointments and in-stadium visits, building lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional service to enhance the client experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a related sales role with revenue generation.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with databases and spreadsheets.

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive new business and hit sales goals.
• Identify new sales opportunities in the Business Community through networking, cold calling, direct contact, and data analytics.
• Upsell current clients by understanding their business needs and proposing synergies.
• Cultivate relationships with client decision-makers to build long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Provide account services and act as liaison to ensure exceptional client service and timely responses.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to close sales.
• Process orders using Archtics and Revolution intranet; ensure delivery of all package elements.
• Assist in planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and events.
• Meet with management weekly to review results and develop new strategies.
• Collaborate across Kraft Sports to generate referral business and explore new ticketing channels.
• Understand vendor relationships to enhance Revolution products.
