Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA is seeking an Account Executive – Business Development to drive ticket sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will contact clients by phone, in person, and at events to expand season seat holders and group buyers.

You will maintain CRM records, process orders via Archtics, and collaborate with management to improve sales processes and results. The role emphasizes relationship-building and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, databases and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Sell Revolution sales products to a wide variety of prospective buyers and provide excellent customer service after the sale to those customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and perform follow up with customers to close sales.
• Process orders using Archtics ticketing system and Revolution intranet; complete forms and documents for sale delivery.
• Assist in planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and events.
• Meet weekly with management to evaluate results and develop strategies for driving new business.
• Perform special projects as required.
