Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for long-term suite holders and rental clients before, during, and after events.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate game-day and event-day suite operations to premium hospitality standards.
• Conduct pre-event inspections and address readiness, cleanliness, and setup issues with relevant departments.
• Coordinate personalized suite experiences, including special requests and amenities.
• Collaborate with food and beverage teams to fulfill catering orders and dietary accommodations.
