Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a related Sales role with revenue generation.
• Prior experience utilizing a CRM system preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Results driven with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must also be highly computer proficient and skilled in working with databases and spreadsheets.
• Must be well organized and attentive to detail.
• Maintain a professional, courteous posture with team members and customers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives new business in an effort to attain established sales goals.
• Identify new sales opportunities in the Business Community through networking, cold calling, direct contact and the utilization of data and analytics.
• Innovate new content, inventory or service offerings to up sell existing and new client relationships by learning the client’s business needs to advise on potential synergies.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with client decision-makers that result in long-term partnerships and the retention of existing business.
• Provide account service by serving as the liaison between the company and client to ensure exemplary client service and timely responses.
• Keep accurate CRM records and perform necessary follow-up with customers to close sales.
• Process orders by using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet; complete forms to ensure delivery of package elements.
• Assist in planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and events.
• Meet weekly with management to evaluate sales results and develop strategies that drive new business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Kraft Sports divisions to generate referral business.
• Create and/or identify additional ticketing revenue channels across Kraft companies.
• Understand vendor relationships and identify opportunities to include Revolution products.
• Handle special projects as required by business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards and company policies.
