Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail leadership or business management.
• Expertise in customer-centric operations and data-driven decision making.
• Emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Act as owner of the store's internal and external fan experience.
• Drive commercial results and premium customer experience.
• Lead and build a high-performing team with strategic hiring and coaching.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising, product mix and premium execution.
• Plan trainings to deliver WOW and master operations topics.
