Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Lead and develop staff to Lindt standards and core competencies.
• Manage inventory, cash, payroll and scheduling with operational controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
• Escalate issues to Store Manager when needed and communicate effectively.
