Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year retail management experience in premium retail preferred.
• Proven sales background with strong product knowledge.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets.
• Lead and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee cash handling and loss prevention.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and store operations.
