Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in the restaurant or retail field at a managerial level.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or higher degree preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume casual dining or retail GM/Regional Manager role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver excellence in customer service and profitability.
• Oversee 85–100 staff with seasonal hires and coordinate with regional/corporate teams.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, interviewing, and training in conjunction with HR/payroll.
