Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience in fast-paced restaurant or retail environment, supervisor preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Assist general manager with payroll, scheduling, and staff development.
• Coach and mentor Chocolateers; manage disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor sales and labor costs to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
• Serve as a primary contact with Corporate, vendors, and cross-functional teams when needed.
