Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year in fast-paced restaurant/retail; 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams and train staff.
• Experience forecasting sales and staffing needs to maximize profitability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage daily sales floor activities and supervisor coverage.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and staff development.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and food/product safety standards.
