Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 3+ years of related experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Prior experience at a high-volume casual dining establishment in GM or regional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store managers, supervisors and staff to ensure service excellence.
• Maximize sales and optimize labor costs while preserving customer service standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and branding requirements across the store.
• Oversee POS, payroll, inventory, cost of goods sold and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional management and finance to set store plans and P&L.
