Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in restaurant or retail management at a managerial level.
• Experience in high-volume, casual dining environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and uphold standards to maximize sales and customer service.
• Lead store managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure efficient daily activities and safety.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, training, and performance development in collaboration with HR.
