Ghirardelli Chocolate Company is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations across the Restaurant and Retail division. You will support the general manager, ensure excellent customer service, maximize profitability, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to forecast staffing and resources in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $22.00/hr and travel to locations nationwide may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years of related experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Six or more months as a supervisor preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store safety and risk management.
• Lead daily store activities under the general manager.
• Manage sales floor operations including cash/wrap and service areas.
• Uphold the values of exemplary customer service and brand standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and branding requirements.
