Reiss Limited is seeking a Concession Manager for our Macy's Woodfield concession in Illinois. You will lead the concession to deliver commercial results and outstanding customer service, with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

In this full-time role, you will plan long-term goals, manage stock and promotions, recruit and review performance, and drive a premium in-store experience that reflects Reiss's luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Passion for premium or luxury product.
• Proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team.
• Strong visual and commercial product management skills.
• Ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical and visual elements.
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve team and individual goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning the long-term concession goals
• Managing the overall concession operations and performance
• Leading the concession team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service is provided
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
• Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
• Taking responsibility for recruitment and retaining talent
• Conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews
