In this role you will plan long-term goals, manage stock, lead a team, execute promotions and merchandising standards, and recruit and retain talent to uphold Reiss standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Planning the long-term concession goals
• Managing the overall concession operations and performance
• Leading the concession team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service is provided
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
• Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
• Taking responsibility for recruitment and retaining talent
