Job summary

Reiss is seeking a Concession Manager for our Macy's Montgomery, Bethesda, Maryland location. This full-time role drives the concession's targets with commercial and operational excellence, while leading a team to provide a personalised customer experience.

You will manage stock, merchandising and promotions, recruit and review staff, and ensure high standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is a permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Passion for premium or luxury product is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving business performance.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service through your team.
• Strong visual merchandising and product management skills.
• Capable of balancing customer service, operations, technical and visual elements.
