Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Premium Resolution Partner to serve as the trusted contact for complex customer issues across our corporate and catering clients. You will own cases from signal to resolution, using phone, video, and email to understand what happened and determine the right path forward.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations, you will collaborate with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams to build product expertise and translate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Strong communication and judgment to move cases forward.

Responsibilities

• Own complex customer issues from first signal through resolution.
• Communicate with customers via phone, video, and email to understand what happened and plan next steps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
• Advocate for customers and turn insights into improvements at scale.
• Partner with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and others.
