Job summary

DoorDash for Business's LiveOps team is seeking a LOS specialist to support customers, merchants, and dashers on high-value catering orders across the US. You will rely on SOPs and internal tools to deliver best-in-class service while helping incubate new initiatives.

You will triage issues, contact stakeholders by phone, text, or chat, and create documentation to support experiments and improvements in the catering product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, operations, or account management.
• Ability to prioritize varying tasks.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and Mac/G-Suite/Slack tooling.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer support issues to assess urgency and prioritization.
• Use internal and external tools to complete SOP requirements.
• Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers via phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Create documentation for processes to support experiments and initiatives.
• Support new operational processes and pilots.
• Identify operational improvements and trends across the catering product.
