Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Premium Resolution Partner to own complex customer issues for Business and Catering clients, coordinating with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams to reach clear outcomes.

You’ll have autonomy to drive the right resolution, dig into our systems, and stay with the customer until there’s a meaningful result, reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Fast learner, proficient with new systems, tools and processes.
• Excellent judgment and clear, confident communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own complex Business and Catering client issues from first signal through resolution.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations and other teams across DoorDash.
• Advocate for customers and translate learnings into insights to improve the experience at scale.
• Develop deep fluency in DoorDash products, systems and operational tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
