Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a LOS (LiveOps) team member to provide best-in-class support to our Customers, Merchants, and Dashers on high-value catering orders. You will work with internal tools to triage issues, document processes, and help pilot new operational initiatives.

You will collaborate across departments, anticipate needs, and improve processes while handling varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
• Ability to prioritize varying tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Think outside the box and use critical thinking when procedures are unavailable.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality in all tasks, even with ambiguity.
• Comfort with Mac/G-Suite/Slack tooling.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer support issues to assess urgency and prioritize accordingly.
• Use internal and external tools to fulfill SOP requirements.
• Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers via phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Create documentation for processes to support experiments and initiatives and improve quality.
• Support new operational processes and pilots.
• Identify and surface operational improvements and trends across the catering product.
