Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Premium Resolution Partner to own complex customer issues for DoorDash for Business and Catering customers. You will drive issues from start to finish, coordinating with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams, and advocate for customers to ensure meaningful resolutions.

You will develop deep product and operations fluency, turning learnings into scalable insights that improve the customer experience for Fortune 1000 clients and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Plus a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex customer issues from signal to resolution for DoorDash for Business and Catering customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and others.
• Provide trusted guidance and advocate for customers to improve experiences at scale.
