Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Premium Onboarding Partner to own the implementation and launch experience for our DoorDash for Business customers. You will translate business needs into product configuration, technical setup, and onboarding strategy from sales handoff through rollout.

You will guide integrations (SSO, SCIM), set up user-management (SFTP), train admins, and develop launch plans that drive enrollment and adoption.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or related role.
Experience leading customer projects end-to-end with multiple launches.
Ability to learn complex products and guide configuration and integrations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical problem solver who uses data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of new customer implementations from handoff through launch.
Translate goals into product configuration and launch plan.
Guide technical implementation including integrations such as SSO and SCIM and user-management solutions such as SFTP.
Train administrators and develop communication strategies to drive enrollment and adoption.
Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify risks and unblock launches.
Use AI, automation, and insights to scale onboarding playbooks.
