Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base and serve as the primary contact for prospective members. This role offers a clear path to leadership and a chance to learn consultative selling within a premium healthcare environment.

Shift: Tue–Sat 8:00a-4:00p ET, remote work is allowed for select states. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule that includes regular weekend/evening hours, including holidays.
• Comfort engaging prospective members via phone and email.
• Natural empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Coachability and eagerness to learn consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets).
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to improve sales materials.
