Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for prospective members. This role offers a path to advancement and exposure to our membership model, with training in consultative sales within a premium healthcare environment.

Expect a remote-friendly schedule (Tue–Sat, 8:00a–4:00p ET) and a compensated OTE of $110k–$120k based on performance, with benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM (training provided).
• Comfort with fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested.
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure onboarding success for new members.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and marketing materials.
