Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our premium membership base. You will be the primary contact for prospective members, delivering a white-glove experience by phone, email, and text, while maintaining precise records in Salesforce.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, a Bachelor's degree, and comfort with a weekend/evening schedule. Opportunities for growth into leadership roles are highlighted in our offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and meeting goals is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Support onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and objections to improve processes.
• Engage prospective members and work toward targets.
