Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our exclusive membership base. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective members, offering a white-glove, responsive experience by phone, email, and text.

The role emphasizes consultative sales within a premium healthcare setting. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles and are comfortable with a fixed schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if in markets).
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and objections to improve sales processes and materials.
