Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch, responsive approach.
• Support speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand member needs and priorities.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for membership offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on complex or high-touch member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all interactions.
