Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for prospective members. You will engage inbound leads with a high-touch, consultative approach and support the enrollment process across Sollis’ premium membership offerings.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely within allowed states and requires a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound inquiries and supporting a sales process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members to improve speed-to-lead.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate membership offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors on complex or high-touch member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all member-facing interactions.
