Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for inbound leads with a high-touch, first impression. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional eager to learn consultative selling within a premium healthcare environment.

You will learn Sollis’ membership model and sales process, with a clear path to a Senior Membership Director role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles.
• Quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience.
• Support speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand needs and interests in Sollis services.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors for complex or high-touch conversations.
