Job summary

Sollis Health seeks a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience to inbound leads. This role supports discovery, enrollment, and collaboration with senior directors across a premium healthcare platform.

The position offers a clear growth path within Sollis, a fixed Tue-Sat schedule, and a remote-work option for specified states. A strong fit combines empathy, communication, and quota-driven sales focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process is preferred.
• CRM familiarity a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to inquiries and scheduling conversations.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and interests in Sollis' services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior directors on high-touch member conversations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce of outreach and activity.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
• Coordinate with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams for onboarding.
