Job summary

Sollis Health is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base and act as the primary touchpoint for prospective members. This is an ideal entry‑level sales role with a clear path to growth into a Membership Director position based on performance.

The role supports a remote work option for specific states and requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles. Expect OTE and a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ~2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if in markets).
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and objections to improve sales processes.
