Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help grow our membership base by acting as the primary contact for prospective members via phone, email, and text. You will work in a premium healthcare environment with a white-glove approach.

The role offers remote work in allowed states with a Tuesday–Saturday 8:00a-4:00p ET schedule and an OTE of $110,000–$120,000 at goal attainment, plus a competitive commission structure and growth opportunities into a Membership Director role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and working toward goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Willingness to work a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Strong empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Coachable and eager to learn consultative sales skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets).
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials.
