Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for prospective members. This role offers a path toward more senior leadership roles and involves consultative selling in a premium healthcare environment.

The position requires 2–3 years in sales or related customer-facing roles, with a bachelor’s degree and comfort with a fixed weekend/evening schedule. Remote work is available in multiple states, including Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ~2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles.
• Experience responding to inbound leads, working toward goals, or supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Fixed weekly schedule that includes regular weekend and/or evening hours, including holidays as needed.
• Comfort engaging prospective members via phone and email.
• Natural empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Coachability and eagerness to learn consultative sales skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets).
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials.
