The role focuses on premium service, quick rapport, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the decision process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience.
• Ideally in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through available options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
• Handle objections with composure, redirecting toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent gaps.
