Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and the self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Builds trust quickly and makes people feel comfortable early in the relationship.
• Handles rejection well, learns from it, stays focused on outcomes.
• Strong active listening skills—picks up on meaning, not just words.
• Capable of managing a high volume of interactions without quality slipping.
• Some leadership experience or the desire to grow into a team-lead role.
