Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments.
• Proven track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Strong trust-building and quick rapport with clients.
• Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining momentum.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality.

• Guide clients through options with a consultative approach and encourage next steps.
• Listen, ask questions, and document client information thoroughly.
