• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation.
• Ability to build trust quickly and put clients at ease.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay focused on outcomes.
• Strong listening skills to understand client needs.
• Capable of managing many interactions without sacrificing quality.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.
