Moncler in the United States is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver elevated client experiences and sales results, acting as a Brand Ambassador who embodies the Moncler Client Promise and Selling Ceremony. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and driving proactive client outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or client-focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model on the sales floor, demonstrating best-in-class client engagement and selling techniques.
• Support onboarding and development of Client Advisors by sharing knowledge, product expertise, and selling best practices.
• Provide peer-to-peer guidance and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Support the team during peak business periods to ensure a seamless client experience and appropriate floor coverage.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as needed.
• Maintain follow-up on client transactions (repairs, holds, special orders).
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Uphold Moncler grooming, behavior, and presentation standards at all times.
• Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented approach, supporting activities that contribute to overall store performance.
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment through open communication and partnership with colleagues and management.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
• Consistently deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions.
