Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor in the United States to deliver exceptional luxury experiences by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. You will drive personal sales goals while upholding Moncler’s standards and participating in daily store operations.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, you will embody the brand, support multilingual clients, and contribute to a collaborative team environment in a premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Support store operations, inventory, and omnichannel services while maintaining brand standards.
