Moncler Group seeks a Client Advisor to embody our brand values in Los Angeles. You will welcome clients, uncover needs, and guide them across Moncler while building lasting relationships.

The role includes supporting the store with visuals, training, and collaboration with the leadership team to hit sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in luxury retail or related client-focused roles, is English-proficient, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Hospitality or other client-oriented/service roles are acceptable in lieu of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide the utmost client experience.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate).
• Review and analyze personal KPI achievement and adjust sales approach accordingly.
• Support in inventory preparation and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
