Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and care across Premium Lounge, Order to Seat/QR To-Go, Smart Lounge, and bars.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages following company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; follow food safety protocols and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory management and communicating needs to the Station Manager.
• Provide excellent guest interactions and resolve issues per policy.
