Job summary

Brightline in Florida is seeking a Train Attendant to join the Onboard Service team. You will be responsible for guest seating, beverage service, and maintaining a safe, enjoyable train experience.

This role requires strong guest interaction, the ability to handle busy periods, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. 75% travel is involved.

The position offers hourly pay of $20 plus tips, with opportunities to learn and advance within a private rail service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Must be able and willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with seating and baggage.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to Guests on the train.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks.
• Handle escalated Guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards on board.
• Operate mobile POS and process transactions.
• Reset train and passenger areas between terminals.
