Job summary

Brightline Trains LLC is seeking an Onboard Lead in Florida to elevate the guest experience aboard our premium trains. You will guide service, assist guests with seating, manage beverages, and ensure safety standards are upheld.

You will coordinate with the Onboard team, handle transactions on mobile POS, and help train new attendants while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; some college or vocational training is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in guest service, sales or food & beverage service.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with seating and escort them as appropriate.
• Provide food and beverage service to Guests throughout the train using QR ordering and cart service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks per Brightline standards; engage with Guests.
• Handle escalated Guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process credit card transactions via mobile POS device.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards onboard.
• Train newly hired Attendants on Brightline steps of service and safety.
• Prepare shift reports including headcount, safety, incidents and guest experience.
