Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warm interactions.
• Assist with ticket sales, refunds, upgrades and related transactions.
• Provide information on routes, timetables, fares, and local attractions.
• Assist with baggage check-in and station security procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming station environment and collaborate with the team.
