Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with ticketing, baggage handling, and local transportation inquiries while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient station environment.

You will provide accurate information on routes, schedules, fares, and station amenities, upsell where appropriate, and deliver empathetic service recovery to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in high-traffic or hospitality-related fields.
• Able to lift/carry baggage up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Stand/walk on feet all day and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warm, positive interactions.
• Assist with ticket sales, refunds, and upgrades with accuracy.
• Provide information on routes, timetables, platforms, pricing, and station amenities.
• Assist with baggage check-in and monitoring checkpoint security.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized station environment.
• Communicate across Brightline channels during shift to stay updated.
